Really craft cocktails in a romantic, speakeasy-esque vibe, and professional service. Fav drinks: winter Negroni, maple old fashioned (not on the menu, just ask for it -- I think this is just their regular old fashioned), the Karen, and Robert Roy (order it with a tad less scotch than normal unless you like strong smokey flavor). Our waiter (Cesar is awesome) passionate about the creativity of the cocktails and knew them very well. Wonderful date spot. Right off the metro too.

Excellent service. Food portions are a little more than tapas, and pretty darn good. Dominant flavor on the truffle fries was oil and not enough salt, but they hit the mark in other dishes. Pretty drinks and a great bar, lots of atmosphere and plenty of little comfortable spots to hang out with friends or on a date. I recommend this spot.

Overall, it was an exceptional first experience at Salt. As soon as you enter, you are enveloped in the ambiance of the establishment, which exudes the perfect cocktail bar atmosphere. I was warmly greeted by the knowledgeable bartenders, Carolina and Miguel. Their extensive knowledge of the menu made them invaluable resources in selecting the perfect beverage. To commence my culinary journey, I opted for the “If You Seek Amy” cocktail, a tribute to Britney Spears’ iconic song. This visually striking drink caught my attention, and its flavors were equally impressive. For my appetizer, I chose the calamari, which arrived crispy and complemented by a delectable aioli sauce. The combination was simply divine, and I made a mental note to order it again on my next visit. The main course I selected was the crab cake, accompanied by asparagus and potatoes. The crab cake’s texture was exceptional, showcasing the skill of the chefs in achieving a perfectly cooked and tender interior while maintaining a savory flavor. The asparagus and potatoes provided a harmonious balance to the crab cake. To conclude my gastronomic experience, I indulged in a shot of Casimigos tequila, which left me feeling rejuvenated and highly impressed with the overall ambiance and culinary offerings at Salt. I eagerly anticipate my return and will enthusiastically recommend Salt to my friends, colleagues, and anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

Our go to spot for celebrations over the past couple of years. The food is outstanding and very attentive service. If you're lucky they might have the ingredients for "girls just wanna have pho" cocktail available per request. The best drink I've ever tasted. If Rosslyn is too far, their sister restaurant in Reston Heirloom is just as good. 10/10!!!!

Salt salt salt! Wow honestly if I could give you more stars I would. Every aspect was amazing. Who- Oscar served us and there were two other gentlemen there as well. Of course i forgot their names. So sorry What-I had the whiskey sour which was probably one of the best l've had. I swear I tasted some pepper in there. The drink had all the right elements it was so tasty. My husband had the old fashioned which was nice. He thoroughly enjoyed it. But the food I swear my eyes rolled back for my filet. I was wondering why they didn't actually give me a proper steak knife well duh it was so tender you did not need it. If melt in your mouth had a photo that would be it. I got it cooked to the perfect medium rare . Now those sliders.... I don't even eat blue cheese I normally can't stand it. It was the perfect compliment and again since it was filet man was it tender! Oh oh back to my meal you know how you'd usually cut off the tips of the asparagus because they're hard .... They were NOT. SO TENDER AS WELL. I thought about sneaking into the kitchen and kissing the chef When- we did an early Saturday meal with no reservation we were able to sit at the bar. Why-It was date night and I thought let's try something! We will definitely be back. Where- SALT

Salt is a slightly hidden speak easy located in right outside of DC. The customer service and atmosphere was great. The food was even better. The cocktail pictured is Matcha My Freak. The appetizers: Calamari, Cauliflower Hummus, and Wagyu Sliders. The Entrees: Crab Cake, Wagyu Burger, and Braised Beef Ribs. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be returning. This establishment is small and quaint, so reservations are highly recommended.

Bartenders and manager are fantastic and fun. I suggest sitting at the bar for the best experience. They had no idea we had a crummy day before walking in and they turned it around. Much appreciated. We were all laughing, and learning and enjoying some excellent cocktail presentations.

Let me tell you about our experience at Salt. I had dinner at Salt after hearing recommendations from my friends who enjoy dine there. When we came in, we actually went to open road, then a nice host let us know that the door to Salt kind of hidden, you’ll see when you got there ( i liked it tho). We got a nice table and at that time there weren’t many people ate at the dinjng area so we pretty much had the room to ourselves. We started by the drink called Herbal essence (a must!), then appetizers Shrimp and Gnocchi. For the entree we shared crab cake and 7 oz fillet. All were delicious that I couldn’t ordered dessert anyway, i def will comeback and try more of the food and you should too.
